RETURNS
1/ Right to Withdraw
The customer has 14 days from the receipt of the ordered product to change their mind and request their right to withdraw. The reason for withdrawal must be genuine and justified. No penalty will be applied, except for the return shipping costs, which remain the responsibility of the customer.
To exercise this right of return, the customer must contact the website by email or via the contact form only, explaining the reasons for this wish, stating the identification of the product in question and photos of the item.
The product must be returned in its original packaging, including the confirmation email, within 14 days following the withdrawal request.
Products should not be shipped before receiving confirmation from our support.
To qualify for a refund, your item(s) must be in perfect condition, unused, unworn, unwashed, labeled, and in their original packaging. Any item not meeting these criteria will not be refunded.
Lingerie and underwear items are neither refundable nor exchangeable and are not subject to the right of withdrawal, for hygiene and health reasons.
In the event of your withdrawal, we will refund the amount of your order excluding delivery charges, after verification and no later than 14 days from the receipt of your returned items.
There are certain situations where only a partial refund is granted:
- Books with obvious signs of use.
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
2/ Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned item(s), we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also inform you of our decision regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within 7 days. A confirmation email will be sent to you.
Late or missing refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@luppa.fr
Refunds will not be accepted if:
- The package was not delivered because you provided an incorrect or incomplete address.
- The package was not delivered due to circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters...).
- The tracking indicates "delivered" and you claim to have received nothing.
- The package was not picked up in time at relay points.
- Packages are still in transit beyond the announced deadline, considering the current context which may, in some cases, extend our delivery times.
3/ Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If in this case, you wish to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@luppa.fr
Lingerie and underwear items are neither refundable nor exchangeable and are not subject to the right of withdrawal, for hygiene and health reasons.
Gifts: If the returned item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and was sent directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will be informed about your return.
Shipping: Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over €75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
